Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you receive from Layered by V&P. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7 day return window with no questions asked.
Returns
You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
A return fee of ₹100 will be deducted to cover return shipping and handling.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be checked for any signs of damage or wear. If it passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Customized Products
Customized or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, since they are created specially for you.
Refunds
Refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days after your return is approved. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
