How do I place an order?
Simply select the product you like, choose any available options, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is successful, your order will be confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods supported by Razorpay, including UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery is available on select orders.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and carries an additional charge of ₹99.
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all orders of ₹999 and above.
For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We deliver pan India within 3 to 10 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and external factors.
What material are the products made from?
Our products are made using biodegradable cornstarch based plastic. This material is designed to be more environmentally conscious while still being durable and suitable for everyday use.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7 day return window with no questions asked. A return fee of ₹100 will be deducted to cover return shipping and handling. All returned items are inspected before a refund is issued.
Can I return a customised product?
No. Customised or personalised products are not eligible for returns or refunds since they are made specifically for you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days after the returned product passes inspection. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as applicable.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
