Where It All Started
Layered by V&P didn’t begin with a business plan.
It began in Flat 3004, surrounded by late night conversations, half baked ideas, and that familiar feeling of wanting to build something of our own.
We were always the kind of people who enjoyed making things. Tweaking, experimenting, obsessing over small details most people would overlook. Somewhere between those conversations and creations, the idea stuck. What if we turned this into something real?
That thought became Layered by V&P.
Who We Are
We are Vansh and Prithvi.
Friends, flatmates, and now co founders.
Vansh brings structure, curiosity, and an eye for how things should feel once they exist in the real world. Prithvi brings creativity, patience, and the instinct to keep pushing ideas until they feel just right.
Different personalities, same obsession. Making things we would proudly keep on our own desks, shelves, and walls.
Our Inspiration
We believe everyday objects deserve more thought than they usually get.
The things you see daily should not feel disposable or forgettable. They should feel intentional.
Our inspiration comes from everyday life. A desk that feels too empty. A shelf that needs something with character. A gift that should feel personal instead of generic.
If something makes us pause and think “this could be better”, that is usually where an idea begins.
Our Ideas and Process
Everything we create starts with an idea, not a product category.
Sometimes it is a sketch. Sometimes it is a random conversation. Sometimes it is a request that makes us think “why not?”
Every product is built layer by layer, with constant tweaks along the way. We test proportions, finishes, and small details until it feels right. Not perfect. Just right.
Nothing leaves us unless we would happily keep it ourselves.
Always Evolving
Layered by V&P is never finished.
We add new products frequently. Some planned, some spontaneous, some born out of curiosity. The collection grows as we grow, and we like it that way.
This is a brand built on experimenting, learning, and constantly asking what could be better next time.
